ClickBank, the AdSense Killer?

I've been visiting a lot of internet money making blogs and I have seen a lot of them posting tips on how to select the right and profitable products in ClickBank but it seems there are a few who really discussed what ClickBank is about, how it started and how it works! So for the benefit

of those who want to earn online and is still vague on all the terms and processes of online marketing, I have researched some facts for you.

Before knowing or asking how ClickBank works, we have to have an idea of what is ClickBank, right? ClickBank as per my research started way back 1998, it is an online portal or a platform wherein ordinary and the not so ordinary people can post on their site if there is an item

or service they want to put up for sale. For ordinary people who only want to post an item online for sale, going through credit checks and merchant account subscription and credit card processing is quite exhausting especially when there is no credit history.

This is where ClickBank comes in. They make it easier to for the so called ordinary people or even the not so ordinary ones conduct business dealings online. Today ClickBank has over 10,000 digital products and services listed ranging from tutorials of home appliances to latest gadgets, from ebooks to electronic how to's and etc. With the variety of goods and services you can find here at ClickBank, it is close to impossible not to make a business.

For starters, how does this work? You go to http://www.ClickBank.com and register for free. After the sign up process, you wait for ClickBank's approval which will only take some time. And since it is a portal for merchants called publishers and possible sales personnel called affiliates, there are ground rules which you have to adhere.

As a publisher, you can post up to 100 products and services, all should comply with the terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are set by ClickBank mainly to protect both rights of the consumer and the publisher as well as its affiliates, one amongst which is for you to administer a 60 day guarantee on all the goods and services you posted online.

Only after approval can you post your goods and services online. Their website is quite easy to navigate as they have search options like by relevance, by popularity and by the site's suggested products. A prospect customer can easily have fun browsing. Then from hereon, ClickBank does all the hard work, from administrative work, to the processing of all the payments for both parties on a fix schedule of a two week basis.

The good thing is that ClickBank is always on time with their payments. clickbank affiliate marketing for beginners are paid firsts before the vendors. And ClickBank will still pay you even if you are promoting a different vendor. They have good support staff to assist you anytime just in case you have inquiries. ClickBank helps you track your commissions as well.

And since ClickBank is global, it is a nice place to start in making a profitable business as it can attract customers all over the world. Though it may take some time and an extra effort to browse the ClickBank affiliate program, it is still best and advisable to go through it. ClickBank has made a decent reputation through the years enabling some ordinary folks to earn millions through their platform.

Step 1 - Wait for at Least 24 Hours

Under the ClickBank customer support ticket system, a refund will be automatically granted after 24 hours have passed so long as:

those hours do not fall on a weekend; and
the vendor does not attempt to save the sale by offering assistance to help utilize the product or service.
If the vendor does not respond within this period then the refund should be processed.

Step 2 - The Vendor May Make Contact to Try and Save the Sale

What happens from here on will really depend on the product, the circumstances surrounding purchase and the vendor. If the vendor makes contact to provide technical support, either the customer or the vendor can change the ticket to a 'technical support' ticket. But the vendor should only do this with the customer's consent - otherwise the matter can be escalated to ClickBank for review.
